Terms of Service

These terms describe the current Caluno product boundaries, user responsibilities, and deferred production capabilities.

Last updated: May 25, 2026

Current product

Caluno is a CEFR-based language progress tracker for learning workflows, recommendations, vocabulary review, writing feedback, and placement testing.

The product is provided as an evolving early-stage service. Features can change as the product is improved.

User responsibilities

Users are responsible for the content they enter and should not submit illegal, harmful, confidential, or highly sensitive information.

Users should keep account credentials safe and use the product only for lawful personal learning purposes.

AI and learning guidance

AI-generated feedback, placement estimates, recommendations, and mini-session tasks are learning aids, not official certification or professional advice.

Official CEFR exams and institutional requirements should be checked with the relevant exam provider or institution.

Payments and unavailable features

Stripe billing, paid Pro access, lesson audio upload/transcription, and Telegram reminders are not represented as active production features unless they are visible and explicitly enabled in the product.

The pricing page can describe planned Pro functionality, but billing is not active until Stripe checkout and subscription management are implemented.

Account and data requests

Logged-in users can delete their own account from the Profile page. Users who cannot access their account can request account or data deletion by email.

Caluno may need to retain minimal records when required for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or backup recovery windows.
